ComposersCamp Premium is a digital subscription with access granted immediately after purchase. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com), who appears on your receipt and handles billing and taxes on our behalf.
§01All sales are final
Because ComposersCamp is a digital product that is delivered and accessible instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please make sure the plan is right for you before subscribing — you can use the platform and the free Music Fundamentals module to evaluate it first.
This does not affect any refund that may be required by applicable consumer-protection law, or that Paddle may issue at its discretion under its own Buyer Terms.
§02Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. After cancelling, your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and your subscription is not renewed or charged again. We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for unused time on an active subscription.
§03Billing issues & duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact us and we will work with Paddle to correct it promptly.
